PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for quickening an information providing service.SOLUTION: A database device 100 includes a plurality of master tables prepared for each task attribute. A cache device 200 includes a table for display in which display object data to be used on an information providing screen among master data stored in the plurality of master tables are stored. When accepting the request of the information providing screen from a customer terminal 600, a customer support device 300 acquires the display object data from the table for display of the cache device 200, sets the display object data to the data of the information providing screen, and provides the data of the information providing screen to the customer terminal 600.
