The radiation device installation box includes a box body (1), a convex edge (18) fixed on the inner wall of the box body (1) and in a ring shape and a compensation apparatus which is fixedly connected by way of liquid sealing or flexibly connected to the convex edge (18), wherein one of the two sides opposite the compensation apparatus forms a liquid accommodation cavity for accommodating an insulation liquid with the inner wall of the box body and the convex edge (18), and the inner wall of the box body (1) which is opposite to the other of the two sides opposite the compensation apparatus forms a compensation apparatus activity space with the inner wall of the convex edge (18). It solves the technical problem that the box body and the electronics therein tend to be damaged due to the pressure from the insulation liquid.
