PURPOSE: A food drier is provided to dry small amount of agricultural and marine products including vegetable and fruits at home or in a small scale restaurant. CONSTITUTION: A heating duct (33) is installed on an equipment chamber (30) on the upper side of a drying chamber (10), and includes a blowing fan (31) operated by a motor and an electric heater (32) for heating air. An air circulation duct (40) is connected to the heating duct, and is coupled to left and right outside walls of the drying chamber. A heated air circulation hole (41) is connected to the air circulation duct through a support guide (12) vertically installed on an inner wall of the drying chamber. The support guide includes an air blowing nozzle (11) for blowing heated air into the drying chamber, and surrounds the heated air circulation hole. A shutter (51) forms an air circulation control chamber (50) separated from the drying chamber under the blowing fan for controlling the air inflow into the drying chamber. A wet steam discharge pipe (54) discharges wet steam generated by drying around an outlet linearly formed on an outer case (13) and the drying chamber. An external air control door controls the amount of external air supply into the equipment chamber by controlling the opening and closing of a grill formed into a long hole shape on the front side of a drier. |
