PURPOSE: A cleaning device is provided to equip a vibration unit which transfers the vibration to a cleaning unit, thereby enhancing the detergency of a cleaning object area such as skin and providing the advantageous effect of minimizing the stimulus. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device is comprised of a cleaning unit (100) which contacts to a cleaning object area and a vibration unit (200) which is connected to the cleaning unit and gives the vibration to the cleaning unit. A plurality of minute hair is formed in an end of the cleaning unit. The vibration unit generates the vibration with 20Hz to 20KHz frequency. The cleaning device is comprised of the followings: a sensing unit (300) which is formed at the end of the cleaning unit and senses the contact of the cleaning object area; a control unit (400) which is connected to the sensing unit and selectively controls the vibration generation of the vibration unit depending on the contact of the cleaning object area.
