PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve long-distance drive by performing control of a floating amount between a disk and a head during operation of a storage device at a low voltage.SOLUTION: The head slider includes: a first column 202 and a second column 203 that are fixed on an end face of a slider substrate having the end face crossing with the floating surface, with the first column 202 and second column 203 mutually spaced in the in-plane direction of the floating surface; first actuating parts 218a-f fixed ends of which are fixed to the first column and that drive movable ends in the vertical direction of the floating surface; second actuation parts 318a-f fixed ends of which are fixed to the second column and that drive the movable ends in the vertical direction of the floating end; a bridge part 201 that is fixed to the movable ends of the first and second actuation parts and suspended between the first and second actuation parts; and a magnetic head provided on the bridge part. |
