摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A tissue engineering porous scaffold, which is usable as the porosity artificial grafting ash for the self-bone substitute, is provided to have the mutual combination porous structure through cross-linking which is formed between the Chitosan, the Hydroxyapatite and the Amylopectin. As a result, the tissue engineering porous scaffold has the excellent cell proliferation and cell electric wave and is able to secure the excellent thermal stability and the improvement of the mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A tissue engineering porous scaffold is formed in the porous structure by three-dimensionally interconnecting the Chitosan, the Hydroxyapatite, and the Amylopectin. The molecular weight of the Chitosan is 200-350KDa and the acetylation rate is 85-95%. A manufacturing method of the tissue engineering porous scaffold is comprised of the following steps: a) A step of dissolving the Chitosan in the acetate solution; b) A step of adding the Hydroxyapatite to Chitosan solution; c) A step of adding the Amylopectin to the solution formed at the b) step; d) A step of manufacturing the scaffold by freeze-drying the solution formed at the c) step.</p>
