The element (1) has a glass tube system (3) firmly connected with an upper glass plate (2) at a lower side of the upper glass plate. The glass tube system is provided with an inlet and an outlet outside of a glass hollow body. A lower glass plate (4) is firmly connected with the glass tube system below the glass tube system. Outer glass rods (5) are arranged between the glass plates adjacent to the glass tube system. The outer glass rods form outer walls of the element. Hanging elements (9) are arranged at a lower side of the element.
