PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch an operation mode during an incoming call by adjusting it to a setting situation of an operation mode of another portable terminal existing in a communication area.SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes: a transmission/reception section for wirelessly transferring information with another portable terminal; an incoming call control section for controlling output of incoming call sound in accordance with an operation mode or controlling stop of output of the incoming call sound; and a controller for setting an operation mode of the incoming call control section to a regular mode or a manner mode and controlling the operation mode of the incoming call control section on the basis of management information when the management information including authentication information for specifying the other portable terminal and operation mode information for specifying the operation mode of the other portable terminal exists in received information. When the operation mode of the incoming call control section is set at the regular mode, the controller determines necessity of a change of the operation mode which is set on the basis of the management information, and changes setting of the operation mode of the incoming call control section from the regular mode to the manner mode when affirmative determination result is obtained in determination of the necessity of the change of the operation mode. |
