FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce N-methylammonium sodium succinate at the dosage of 15.0 g in 400 ml polyionic solution intravenously by drops once daily for 3 d, detect the intensity of lipid peroxidation and total antioxidant activity of blood serum both before and after introduction of N-methylammonium sodium succinate on the 4th d, and at kept accumulation of lipid peroxidation products, the absence of better state of antioxidant activity of blood serum it is possible to detect the exhaustion of functional cell reserve in mother-placenta-fetus system. The present innovation provides objective detection of hypoxia manifestation degree in mother-placenta-fetus system that, in its turn, enables to predict further flow and result of hypoxia more accurately and, also, interrupt pregnancy in due time for the sake of fetus. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation. ^ 2 ex |
