PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter apparatus including a fail-safe function which does not cause overheat even if an actuator does not work.SOLUTION: The shutter apparatus has: a shutter valve 11 for opening and closing an air vent; a lever 14a which has one end connected to a rotation axis 16 of the shutter valve, and the other end connected to an actuator 12; and an urging means for urging the shutter valve to an open direction, wherein the actuator rotates the lever, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the shutter valve when an opening degree of the shutter valve is between full admission and a given opening degree, and the shutter valve is closed by wind pressure caused by a running wind when the opening degree of the shutter valve is between a given opening degree and full enclosure. |
