PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for applying ultrasonic waves to the skin for cosmetic treatment of the skin condition.SOLUTION: Low-frequency ultrasonic waves of 20-500 kHz and high-frequency ultrasonic waves of 0.5-3.5 MHz are directly or indirectly applied to a gel pad, gel cartridge or free-flowing gel containing a composition containing one or more hyaluronans and a diluent and to a skin region; or low-frequency ultrasonic waves of 20-500 kHz and high-frequency ultrasonic waves of 0.5-3.5 MHz are directly or indirectly applied as pre-treatment. The composition may contain one or more antiglycation agents, one or more antioxidant agents, a dermatologically permissible diluent, and further one or more substances inducing expression of molecular chaperons. |
