The link (G1) is formed by first hollow support structure component comprising joint aperture. The link (G2) connected to link (G1) is formed by second hollow support structure component comprising joint aperture provided with a mounting opening. A pipe section of a cable guide component is provided with a radial cable passage aperture and a dynamic seal surface. A lid portion having a static seal surface is locked by mounting opening.</p>
