<p>A phone/card separated mobile terminal and network-locking method thereof, applied in a code division multiple access system, the method comprising: the mobile terminal reads out any one or any combination of a service provider name (SPN), a home system identification (SID) and a network identification (NID) from a removable user identity module (RUIM) card, compares with a preset locking condition, and enters a locking state when the locking condition is satisfied. The mobile terminal comprises a reading module configured to read out any one or any combination of the parameters of SPN, SID and NID from the RUIM card, and a comparison module configured to compare the parameter read out by the reading module with the preset locking condition, and to enable the mobile terminal to enter the locking state when the locking condition is satisfied. Compared with prior art, the present invention reduces software development difficulty and improves system compatibility.</p> |
