The generator (8) has inlet and outlet channels arranged on a magnet-hydrodynamic cell that is arranged in an upper cylindrical chamber. The cell is arranged over a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, so that an ignited air fuel mixture (10) and an exhaust burned mixture (11) are guided by the cell to induce an electric direct current voltage (DC) in an electrode (13). The electric DC voltage is induced in the electrode in the cell by a vertical magnetic field of permanent- and/or electromagnets (12) based on principle of Hall-effect.
