A die for equal channel angular pressing comprises a band, into which a conical insert is pressed consisting of several parts made in the form limited by two mutually perpendicular planes, and a part of a conical surface cutting thereof, a line of intersection of the mutually perpendicular planes does not coincide with the axis of symmetry of conical surface, an inlet channel is formed by the planes of parts of conical insert arranged perpendicularly and joined together, and its walls are made in the form of a part of said planes, and a lower support, inlet and outlet channels and a ram. The lower support is made of high speed steel, in its end, from the side of inlet channel an insert of VK8 hard alloy is pressed. |
