<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a graphene-carbon nanotube composite using a spray pyrolyzing process and the graphene-carbon nanotube composite based on the method are provided to increase the specific surface area and electric conductivity of the graphene-carbon nanotube composite by generating a three-dimensional network between graphene and carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a graphene-carbon nanotube composite comprises the steps of: manufacturing a catalytic precursor solution containing graphene, a solvent, and a metal catalyst; spraying the catalytic precursor solution; and synthesizing a graphene-carbon nanotube composite by passing the sprayed droplet through a reaction furnace. The catalytic precursor solution is sprayed by a droplet generator using an ultrasonic nozzle. The catalytic precursor solution contains 0.5-2mg/ml of the graphene based on the solvent. The metal catalyst is selected among peroxin, ferric chloride, and cobalt nitrate. The catalytic precursor solution contains 0.01-0.5mol/l based on the solvent. The temperature of the reaction furnace is in the range of 600-1500°C.
