A method for inspecting a laminated assembly and a method for inspecting a heat spreader module are provided to prevent deformation of base by maintaining constantly a resistance of the base after a bonding process. A laminated assembly(12) includes a first metal plate, a second metal plate, and an insulating substrate(22) disposed between the first and the second metal plates. In a method for inspecting the laminated assembly, a coating process is performed to coat an exposed part of the insulating substrate with a solution. A drying process is performed to dry the exposed part coated with the solution. A voltage applying process is performed to apply a voltage to the insulating substrate. The voltage is applied to the insulating substrate to measure a withstand voltage of the laminated assembly. The voltage is applied to the insulating substrate to measure an insulating resistance of the laminated assembly. |
