PURPOSE: A multi-interference device using time resolution is provided to observe visually a fast physical phenomenon inside plasma at a time resolution less than a nanosecond by using a laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A multi-interference device using time resolution includes a beam generator (10), a beam expander (20), a beam interferometer (40), a beam splitter (50), an objective lens (60), a filter (70), and a camera (80). The beam generator generates laser beams (100). The laser beams emitted by the beam generator becomes incident into the beam expander. The beam expander changes the pulse width of the laser beams. At least some of the laser beams penetrated through the beam expander unit is penetrated through plasma (30). The beam interferometer makes the laser beams which are not penetrated through the plasma and which penetrated through the plasma interfere. The beam splitter splits the interfered laser beams. The objective lens transmits images of the split laser beam to a camera.
