PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal positive electrode plate is provided to remove all finishings on the shape and to remarkably improve the consistency and trueness of a positive electrode plate by a molding on a micro-blanking press. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal positive electrode plate comprises a step of freely cutting a part of a blank from a strip, in a first stage of a proceeding die; a step of forming a surface structure on the blank which is connected by compress-molding using a force of 2,500-3,500 kN, in a second stage; a step of forming an internal shapes and slots in a blank and continuously carrying out a stroke cycle to remove the completed blank for a positive electrode plate, in a third stage. |
