PURPOSE: An upper teeth concrete structure and a construction method thereof are provided to improve stability by relatively leveling wave power and to prevent scouring of riprap mound. CONSTITUTION: An upper teeth concrete structure comprises a main block (100) and a connection block (200). The main block is arranged on rubble mound along the coastline in a row and includes a connection groove (110) along a vertical direction on the surface on both sides. The connection block is inserted into between mutually facing connection grooves of two main blocks and connects the main blocks.
