PURPOSE: A radiator for a secondary battery of an electric vehicle is provided to stably perform a heat radiation of the high temperature heat which is generated in the secondary battery cell, improve the thermal transfer efficiency by increasing an adhesion with a radiant tube. CONSTITUTION: A radiator for a secondary battery of an electric vehicle comprises: a radiant tube (100) in which the cooling water flows in the inside by having the size corresponding to the edge of a secondary battery cell; a front cover (200) which has a first groove portion (210) which surrounds the front side of the radiant tube in the position corresponding to the radiant tube, and covers the front side of the radiant tube; a rear cover (300) which has a second groove portion (310) which surrounds the rear surface of the radiant tube, and covers the rear surface of the radiant tube. The front cover comprises a first heat exchanging plate (202) which adheres with the outer periphery of the secondary battery cell by having a thickness of the thin film.
