A method for storing cooled broiler chicken meat includes making an aqueous solution of a preserving agent, using 0.01-2 % lactic acid. To prepare the aqueous solution of the preserving agent and a lactic acid base, distilled monoglyceride 10 %, potassium sorbate in an amount of 0.4 % and olive oil 10 % are additionally introduced. They are coated by a method of thin-layer spraying onto the surface of the meat, in a volume of 15-20 g, which allows to provide the even arrangement thereof. |
