PURPOSE: A capacitive switch is provided to rapidly transmit a touch signal by using a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A touch part (110) delivers the capacitance of a human body by the touch of the human body. A conductive elastic body (120) is always in contact with the touch part. The conductive elastic body does not generate a touch signal because a PCB part (130) generates the same amount of charge and discharge so there is no variation when the human body is not in contact with the touch part. The conductive elastic body generates the touch signal because the amount of charge is not same as the amount of discharge by the capacitance of the human body when the human body is in contact with the touch part.
