PURPOSE: A gap correction inductance type displacement sensor is provided to structurally correct a correction in respect to changes in a gap as a position of a coupler is relatively changed when a position of the other coupler is changed as the coupler is moved even though the positions of the couplers becomes different in an assembling process or in a use. CONSTITUTION: A gap correction inductance type displacement sensor includes an excitation coil (20), reception coils (10,12), and couplers (30,32). The excitation coil is connected to an oscillator (22). The reception coils are installed above the excitation coils. The reception coils generated inductances when power is supplied to the excitation coil. The reception coils and the excitation coil are vertically arranged between the couplers. The couplers are made of a conductive material.
