A thermal electrical system for heating aircraft glass comprises glass panels comprising of a layer of transparent material applied to internal glass panels, a current-conductive bus supplying power to the transparent layer, a current censor and a power supply system which provides required temperature of heating. The device comprises two feedback channels for adjustment heating temperature and rate of temperature increase.
