PURPOSE: Vegetable mixture oil containing Rubi Fructus seed oil is provided to use the Rubi Fructus seed oil with excellent antiemetic, blood cholesterol lowering, antioxidant, and memory enhancement effects, and superior sense of taste. CONSTITUTION: Vegetable mixture oil contains 96-98wt% of grain oil and 2-4wt% of Rubi Fructus seed oil. The grain oil consists of more than one oil selected from corn oil, soybean oil, and rice bran oil. Rubi Fructus seeds are separated from Rubi Fructus and dried. The dried Rubi Fructus seeds are pressed with a roller. The pressed Rubi Fructus seeds are heated at 110-130°C and compressed with an oil making machine for 90-120 minutes to extract the Rubi Fructus seed oil. Rubi Fructus seed residues after the extraction is mixed with n-hexane for extracting the Rubi Fructus seed oil. The Rubi Fructus seed oil is extracted by supercritical fluid extraction. |
