PURPOSE: A prefabricated breakwater for poor ground is provided to easily progress construction and prevent settlement by easily assembling each part of a breakwater in the poor ground. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated breakwater for poor ground comprises a settlement prevention unit (110), a lamination rod body (120), a movement prevention plate member (130), and a rod connection unit (140). The settlement prevention unit comprises a plate member (111), a buoyancy member (113), a reinforcement plate member (115), and a mounting plate member (117). The lamination rod body comprises a connection groove on an external surface and a connection hole (123) on both cross sections. The movement prevention plate member comprises an arc shaped fixing groove (131) inserted into the connection groove and is located between the lamination rod bodies. The rod connection unit comprises a bolt member (141) inserted into the connection hole and a connection rod (143) connected to the bolt member.
