PURPOSE: A search service providing system and method are provided to supply desired search results and to improve the quality of a search service by determining the ranking of service area exposure based on the current status of user selection for each service area. CONSTITUTION: A reception part (105) receives click information about search results distributed over multiple service areas from first user terminals. A first click value calculation part (110) calculates first click values of the service areas based on the click information. A second click value calculation part (120) calculates second click values of the service areas for each search word based on the first click values. The first click value calculation part calculates click rates of the service areas as the first click values. The second click value calculation part calculates click rates of the service areas for each search word as the second click values.
