PURPOSE: A device for removing snow from a road and preventing the road from freezing is provided to easily remove snow and ice from a road using energy produced from traveling wind. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing snow from a road and preventing the road from freezing comprises a heating unit (10) and a wind power generator (20). The heating unit has heating wires (12). The heating wires are installed on the inner side of a road (100) and generate heat. The wind power generator is installed on a road side and produces electric energy from traveling wind to supply the electric energy to the heating unit.
