PURPOSE: A method and device for fixing a rock bolt in a tunnel are provided to securely fix a rock bolt by uniformly mixing a foaming agent and supplying the foaming agent to a rock bolt fastening hole. CONSTITUTION: A method for fixing a rock bolt in a tunnel is as follows. A rock bolt fastening hole is formed on the ceiling of a tunnel (S10). A rock bolt is fixed to the rock bolt fastening hole (S20). A foaming agent for fixing the rock bolt is produced outside of the rock bolt fastening hole (S30). The foaming agent is supplied to the rock bolt fastening hole using compressed air and fixes the rock bolt to the rock bolt fastening hole (S40).
