PURPOSE: An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) maintenance system is provided to, in case a battery malfunctions, immediately send the information to a wired or wireless system and to replace the malfunctioning battery with a normal battery while remotely monitoring a UPS system, thereby enabling stable supply of power. CONSTITUTION: A UPS maintenance system including an auxiliary battery includes a storage battery unit (10), a data detection unit (20), a main control unit (30), a battery balancing unit (40), a non-break changeover unit (50), and a smart terminal (60). The storage battery unit includes an operating storage battery (11) and an auxiliary battery (12). The data detection unit includes a voltage measurement module (21), a current measurement module (22), a resistance measurement module (23), and an inner temperature measurement module (24). The main control unit includes a data processing unit (31) which processes data; a database (32) which stores data; an input unit (33) into which data is inputted; a display unit (351), a voice signal unit (352), an output indicator (35) which outputs results through a printer (353); the smart terminal, and a first wireless communication unit (34) which wirelessly communicates with the smart terminal. The battery balancing unit comprises a battery balancing control unit (42) which controls battery balancing; and a battery balancing module (41) which performs the battery balancing according to the command of the main control unit (30).The non-break change-over unit comprises a changeover switch control unit (51) which, in case a non-break changeover signal is delivered due to the malfunction of a battery, controls a changeover switch between the malfunction battery and the auxiliary battery; and a non-break changeover control unit (52) which controls the changeover. The smart terminal comprises a second wireless communication unit (61) which transmits and receive data to and from the first wireless communication unit of the main control unit; an application unit (62); and an input indication unit (63).
