<p>PURPOSE: A batch annealing furnace (BAF) heat treatment steel sheet for a tv top-chassis and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to secure a low yield ratio property with an excellent intensity and a stretch rate through an alloy component modulation and a BAF heat treatment condition control. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a batch annealing furnace (BAF) heat treatment steel sheet for a tv top-chassis comprises the following steps: a steel sheet consisting of 0.02-0.055% of carbon, less than 0.03% of silicone, 0.15-0.3% of manganese, less than 0.02% of phosphorus, less than 0.02% of sulfur, 0.002-0.008% of nitrogen, 0.02-0.06% of soluble aluminum, a rest iron, and an unavoidable impurity is injected into the BAF, and heated in 680±50°C; and after the steel sheet is BAF heat-treated in 680±50°C, and cooled.</p> |
