<p>PURPOSE: An anti-fuse circuit is provided to allow a semiconductor device to perform an accurate and efficient operation by restoring the anti-fuse circuit of which programming operations are completed to an original state. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fuse circuit includes a high voltage generating unit (10), a control unit (20), a first fuse part (30), and a second fuse part (40). The first fuse part includes a first anti-fuse whose short circuit is determined in response to programming execution and generates an output signal in response to an anti-fuse state and a recovery signal. The second fuse part includes a second anti-fuse and activates the recovery signal when the second anti-fuse is disconnected.
