PURPOSE: A vehicle control method, a device thereof, and a vehicle terminal thereof are provided to supply improve work efficiency and a payment compliance rate by accurately monitoring a progress degree of delivery and a payment delay by using location information having time-variance. CONSTITUTION: A calculation unit(520) obtains current accumulated moving distance information by using current section moving distance information. A delay analyzing unit(530) analyzes a delay of a vehicle by using the current accumulated moving distance information and the current section moving distance information. A route-out analyzing unit(540) analyzes a route-out of the vehicle by using the current accumulated moving distance information, current location information, and reference location information.
