PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing apparatus is provided to guide a buoyancy block up and down with coupling a rope with a guide part at the buoyancy block, thereby preventing a peripheral portion thereof from overturning. CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing apparatus includes a guide part (160) and a rope (200). The guide part is formed on at least one side of at least one peripheral buoyancy block at the peripheral portion of the apparatus. Both ends of the longitudinally extended rope at the guide part are respectively coupled to the upper and the lower side of a liquid cargo storage tank.
