PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the powder of coffee liquid is provided to obtain the rich flavor of coffee bean, and to maintain the stability the flavor even if the coffee powder is stored for a long period. CONSTITUTION: The coffee bean is selected and roasted. The roasted coffee bean is pulverized in a powder form after cooling. The pulverized coffee bean powder is dipped in water and mixed with the water to make a paste. The coffee bean paste is filtered. The filtered coffee bean paste is wet grinded using a grinder or a blender. The wet grinding is performed more than once.
