PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of performing diagnosing, treatment and follow-up.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus related to an embodiment includes: a local excitation part for making magnetic body particulates with a contrast effect administered to a lesion area inside a subject generate heat and heating the lesion area; an image collection part for photographing the subject and collecting the form image of a part including the lesion image; an image extraction part for extracting the image of the lesion area where the magnetic body particulates are gathered from the form image collected in the image collection part; a temperature distribution image preparation part for visualizing the image extracted in the image extraction part according to temperature change on the basis of temperature information changed by heating of the lesion area by the local excitation part; an image synthesis part for synthesizing a temperature distribution image on the form image; and a display part for displaying the image synthesized in the image synthesis part.
