PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line communication system for vehicles capable of strengthening electromagnetic induction coupling between a transmission side and a reception side using a power line to enable power line communication.SOLUTION: A power line communication system 1 for vehicles includes a master 2 using a pair of twisted wires 4 whose core wires are coupled to each other at an end part to be formed in a loop, as a power line and a communication line, and superposing a high-frequency signal on the pair of twisted wires 4 to transmit a power and signal. In addition, each of slaves 3A-3Z has a loop-like aperture antenna 3h for performing electromagnetic induction coupling of an electromagnetic field generated at the pair of twisted wires 4 depending on a conduction current of the pair of twisted wire 4 to receive a high-frequency power of the pair of twisted wires 4. Each of the slaves 3A-3Z has a power supply monitor circuit 3g monitoring a reception power received by the aperture antenna 3h.
