PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange information with an easy operation while protecting privacy when information is exchanged in a face-to-face state.SOLUTION: An face-to-face information exchange device 1 includes: a check-in storage unit 11 for storing a user identifier of a communication terminal 2 checked in and a check-in time; a user relation storage unit 12 for storing a set of user identifiers between users; a check-in request receiver unit 13 for receiving a check-in request from the communication terminal 2; a user extraction unit 14 for extracting from the check-in storage unit 11 the user identifier of a user checked in within a time range determined based on the check-in request; a face-to-face user list generator unit 15 for extracting from the user relation storage unit 12 a user identifier in the same set as the user identifier included in the check-in request, and for generating a face-to-face user list which is a list of each extracted user identifier; and a response unit 16 for transmitting the face-to-face user list to the communication terminal 2.
