PURPOSE: A method for combusting in a mixing combustion burner using petro-cokes in a rolling process is provided to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxide generated when combusting while obtaining the same amount of heat value as the amount of heat value when using bunker C oil in which the content of sulfur is the lowest while using P-COKE powder.
