PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a light-emitting structure including a first-conductivity-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second-conductivity-type semiconductor layer; a transparent conductive layer disposed on the second-conductivity-type semiconductor layer and having a plurality of open regions at which the second-conductivity-type semiconductor layer is exposed; a first electrode coupled to the first-conductivity-type semiconductor layer; and a second electrode disposed on the transparent conductive layer so as to extend through at least one open region. The second electrode is in contact with the second-conductivity-type semiconductor layer in the open regions and is in contact with the transparent conductive layer in a region except for the open regions. |
