PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact portable information terminal holder which is easy to carry and does not limit the size of a portable information terminal to be held, and to provide a controller for portable information terminal to which the portable information terminal holder is attached.SOLUTION: A portable information terminal holder 10 for holding a portable information terminal having a short-range wireless communication function includes a pair of arms 11, 12 which holds the portable information terminal by opening and closing around a pivotal shaft 18 as a fulcrum, and an attachment part being attached removably to a controller 30 for portable information terminal operating the portable information terminal. The pair of arms 11, 12 can be locked at an arbitrary closing angle. The controller 30 for portable information terminal includes an attached part to which the portable information terminal holder 10 is attached removably, an operation unit for operating the portable information terminal, and a short-range wireless communication unit for communicating with the portable information terminal. |
