PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of properly recovering a decreased temperature by return heating control, regardless of change of a hot water/water amount put in a cooking container and change of an amount of input noodles.SOLUTION: An operation control means is constituted to successively execute standby heating control, return heating control and suppression heating control after discriminating a boiling state on the basis of a temperature detection value of a temperature detecting means while a heating means is kept in a heating operation with initial heating power, when a noodle boiling mode is instructed, and further constituted to determine a return heating execution time for executing the return heating control on the basis of estimation of received hot water/water amount, a temperature decrease time and temperature difference by acquiring the temperature decrease time from a starting time of temperature decrease by putting the noodles to decrease to a minimum temperature, and the temperature difference between a maximum temperature before putting the noodles and the minimum temperature. |
