PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform route guidance with a public transportation facility to load unspecified people as the choice of movement means.SOLUTION: A route guidance system includes a route search device 110 for searching a route with a public transportation facility as the choice of movement means. The route search device 110 includes: a route search part 112 for searching a route with the public transportation facility as the choice of the movement means on the basis of at least information of departure places of each one of multiple users requesting the route guidance, information of target places, and information of departure time and arrival time; a route data transmission part 113 for transmitting data indicating the route searched by the route search part 112 to a terminal U of each user; a user specification part 114 for specifying each user supposed to use the public transportation facility on the basis of the route of each user searched by the route search part 112; and a user data transmission part 115 for transmitting data indicating information related to the use of the public transportation facility by the user specified by the user specification part 114 to a terminal C of the public transportation facility.
