PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a developer from scattering to contaminate the periphery of an opening when removing a developer container from an image forming unit body.SOLUTION: A developer container includes: a developer container housing; a storage part formed in the developer container housing to store a developer; an opening 44 which is formed on the developer container housing to supply the developer stored in the storage part to the outside of the developer container housing; and an opening/closing member for opening/closing the opening 44. A concave part is formed on a portion facing the opening 44, of the opening/closing member, so that the developer is not deposited on the outer peripheral surface of the opening/closing member. When the developer container is removed from an image forming unit body 23, the periphery of the opening 44 is not contaminated by the developer because the developer is not scattered. |
