PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rise in temperature of an inverter, a motor, or the like when a main switch of a vehicle is switched from ON position to OFF position and again switched to the ON position during traveling.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle includes a pump and a controller. The controller executes a following processing during traveling. When the main switch installed in a driver's seat is in the ON position, the controller drives the pump with its predetermined output upper limit value or below. The controller stops the pump when the main switch is switched from the ON position to the OFF position. When the main switch is switched from the OFF position to the ON position and when the temperature of an electric device is higher than a predetermined temperature threshold (S8: YES), the controller drives the pump with an output exceeding the pump output upper limit value (S10). |
