PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a printing paper sheet from stopping under a state wherein the printing paper sheet resides in a printer.SOLUTION: A stencil printer includes: a paper feeding section 4 which feeds printing paper sheets W placed on a paper feeding tray 42, sheet by sheet; a drum 32 on an outer peripheral surface of which a perforated stencil original paper sheet has been wound, and which performs printing on the printing paper sheet W by rotating with the rotating shaft P1 as the center while being in press-contact with the printing paper sheet W which has been fed by the paper feeding section 4; and a main motor 31 which generates power when a rotating shaft P2 is rotated. The stencil printer also includes: a handle 101 which includes a rotating shaft P3 being mechanically connected with the rotating shaft P1 and the rotating shaft P2, and rotates the rotating shaft P1 and the rotating shaft P2 when the rotating shaft P3 is rotated by human power; a rotating speed detecting sensor 77 which detects the rotating speed of the rotating shaft P2; and a control section 8 which performs a control in such a manner that paper feeding may be performed by the paper feeding section 4 in response to the rotating speed detected by the rotating speed detecting sensor 77 by using power which has been generated by the main motor 31. |
