PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a door opening prevention mechanism by an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A door outer handle device of a vehicle includes: a base member 10; an outer handle 20; a linking mechanism 30 capable of transmitting a door opening operation of the outer handle 20 as an unlatch operation of a door latch mechanism; and a door opening prevention mechanism preventing a door from being opened by making it impossible to transmit a door opening direction action to a transmission target member (34) of a transmission member (33) in the linking mechanism 30 accompanying the door opening operation of the outer handle 20 by prescribed inertia force acting toward a vehicle outer direction when the vehicle collides. The door opening prevention mechanism comprises a flexural mechanism 40 provided in an intermediate part (33d) of the transmission member (33). In the flexural mechanism 40, the intermediate part of the transmission member (33) is turned to a bent state prior to the door opening operation of the outer handle 20 when the inertia force acts, and it is made impossible to transmit the door opening direction action from the transmission member to the transmission target member.
