PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission oil strainer having an oil suction pipe that is moved with high follow-up capability, even if a level of oil is changed by receiving an acceleration, to surely position a suction port below the level of oil.SOLUTION: A transmission oil strainer includes: forming a bottom wall of a housing 11 of an oil strainer while rotatably holding a first disk 30 by a first disk holding part 24; providing a second hole 32 deviated from a rotating center of the first disk to the first disk 30, and covering the second hole and also rotatably holding a second disk 40 by a second disk holding part 34; and providing an oil suction pipe 42 the bottom end of which is formed in the suction port 43 and to which a weight 45 is attached on the second disk 40 at a position deviated from the rotating center of the second disk. When the oil in an oil pan 2 is moved and deviated by an acceleration, the oil suction pipe 42 is smoothly and quickly moved to a position where the level of oil is high by a structure in which the first and second disks are rotated due to the offset arrangements of the second disk 40 and the oil suction pipe 42. |
