PURPOSE: A USB memory device including a 5-pin connector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to store data in a mobile terminal and to deliver the data to another mobile terminal through only the USB memory device by connecting the device with the mobile terminal without a cable and a sub device. CONSTITUTION: A memory (130) writes data transmitted from a 5-pin USB connector (110) or reads the data to transmit the data to the connector. A controller (120) is connected with the 5-pin connector and the memory to control data transmission between the connector and the memory. The 5-pin USB connector includes a power terminal (a), a ground terminal (e), a D+ terminal (c), a D- terminal (b), and an ID terminal (d) and the ID terminal is connected with the ground terminal. |
